Values are based on industry averages from eco-driving studies (EU fleet operators 2020-2024): fuel — 5-12% typical reduction with driver scoring + coaching (we use 8% by default as a cautious midpoint); losses — 0.5-3% of unexplained fuel losses in unmonitored fleets (we use 1.5% by default). Real results depend on your fleet's current state, driver discipline, vehicle types and route profile. During the 30-day pilot we verify these numbers on your actual data.

How we match hardware to your fleet

  1. Initial calibration (pre-pilot) — you ask for a quote, we ask about vehicle types (passenger / van / truck / special / trailer).

  2. Recommendation — we match the device to the vehicle class. Mixed fleets = mix of devices (e.g. Lincor LX for cars + Teltonika for trucks + Lincor Miro for trailers).

  3. Hardware quote — one-time cost of the devices separate from the subscription (PLN 150-600 per vehicle depending on class).

  4. 30-day pilot — if the device doesn't fit, we replace or refund it, no questions asked.

VLX is a SaaS platform for collecting vehicle telemetry data (GPS, OBD-II, CAN-FD) and exposing it as dashboards, alerts and reports. It targets companies managing fleets — from micro fleets to enterprise.

Any vehicle with an OBD-II port (passenger cars, vans) or a CAN-FD bus (trucks, buses). For special vehicles (construction, agricultural) we match adapters individually.

OBD-II (EOBD), CAN-FD, UDS (ISO 14229), J1939 (trucks/heavy machinery). On the roadmap: FMS, VDO DLD, Scania Interactor.

We match the device to the vehicle class: Teltonika (global leader in telematics — models for passenger cars, trucks, special vehicles), Lincor LX (our own device for standard fleets), Lincor Miro (mini-tracker for vehicles without an OBD port), Roma (covert tracker for high-risk fleets). Three things you won't find with them: a contract on one page with end-of-month cancellation, a full data export via API at no extra cost, transparent pricing per vehicle (NOT per event). VLX is younger — so we lean into openness and proven hardware (Teltonika + Lincor LX/Miro/Roma).

Typically 3-6 months. For fleets with previously unmonitored fuel, often 2-4 months (detected losses). For fleets with mature monitoring, returns come from driver scoring (fewer accidents, lower insurance) — 4-8 months. Use the ROI calculator on the landing page for a ballpark estimate.
