Values are based on industry averages from eco-driving studies (EU fleet operators 2020-2024): fuel — 5-12% typical reduction with driver scoring + coaching (we use 8% by default as a cautious midpoint); losses — 0.5-3% of unexplained fuel losses in unmonitored fleets (we use 1.5% by default). Real results depend on your fleet's current state, driver discipline, vehicle types and route profile. During the 30-day pilot we verify these numbers on your actual data.

Initial calibration (pre-pilot) — you ask for a quote, we ask about vehicle types (passenger / van / truck / special / trailer).

Any vehicle with an OBD-II port (passenger cars, vans) or a CAN-FD bus (trucks, buses). For special vehicles (construction, agricultural) we match adapters individually.
OBD-II (EOBD), CAN-FD, UDS (ISO 14229), J1939 (trucks/heavy machinery). On the roadmap: FMS, VDO DLD, Scania Interactor.

Three things you won't find with them: a contract on one page with end-of-month cancellation, a full data export via API at no extra cost, transparent pricing per vehicle (NOT per event). VLX is younger — so we lean into openness and proven hardware (Teltonika + Lincor LX/Miro/Roma).
