Processing purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to deliver the VLX Telemetry System service.
In addition, we process data to safeguard the security of the service.
If you give us a separate, voluntary consent, we process pseudonymized data for analytical purposes.
Data categories
We process the following categories of data: account identifiers, technical data, vehicle telemetry data, billing data.
We do not process special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR).
Data recipients
The data may be shared with sub-processors acting on our behalf.
The data may also be disclosed to public authorities pursuant to applicable law.
Retention period
We process user account data for the duration of the contract and the period required by law.
We process vehicle telemetry data in line with the customer organization's retention policy.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data.

Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
