Definitions
"Service provider" — Lincor Software sp. z o.o. sp.k. "Service" or "VLX" — the VLX Telemetry System platform.
"User" — a person using the Service. "Organization" — a business customer of the service provider.
"Terms" — this document. "Privacy policy" — a separate document.
Scope of the service
The VLX service covers the collection of telemetry data from vehicles.
The functional scope for a specific Organization may be limited to selected modules.
Technical requirements
To use the Service you need: a device with Internet access and a modern browser.
For collecting telemetry data, compatible on-board devices and 4G/5G connectivity are required.
Registration and account
Registration takes place through the form at /register with OTP verification.
An organization administrator can invite additional users.
Subscription and payments

Licence and intellectual property

Acceptable use
The User may not use the Service for purposes that are unlawful.
Sharing an account with third parties and reselling access is prohibited.

We respond to complaints within 14 business days.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing law is Polish law. The competent court is the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw.
Final provisions
These Terms enter into force on the day they are published.
