Pricing without fine print

You pay per vehicle, not per event. Cancel at the end of the month. Export data via API at no extra cost. Three plans — each with a clear feature cap so you don't pay for things you don't use.

How we charge

No asterisks in the pricing — below is the full cost breakdown.

  • Monthly price per vehicle. We invoice for the number of vehicles active on the first day of the month.

  • An inactive vehicle is not billed. If you send one to the workshop for 2 months — you deactivate it, you don't pay.

  • One-time device fee (Teltonika, Lincor LX, Miro or Roma — matched to the vehicle class, PLN 150-600 per vehicle) — NOT included in the subscription.

  • No fees for events, API calls, webhooks, integrations — the features in your plan are available at no extra cost.

Pricing FAQ

Monthly subscription per vehicle. We invoice on the first of each month, charged upfront. Payment by bank transfer, VAT per Polish regulations.

No. You can cancel at the end of any billing cycle with no additional fees. Enterprise plans typically use annual contracts with a discount — but also with a cancellation option.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades activate immediately, prorated to the end of the cycle. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.

Yes. Volume tiers: 50+ vehicles, 200+ vehicles, 500+ vehicles. Enterprise pricing is always custom and reflects SLA, custom integrations and add-on services.

Yes — 30 days of free pilot on 10 selected vehicles. After the pilot you decide, without commitment.

No, telematics devices are billed separately (one-off per vehicle, PLN 150-600 depending on vehicle class). We match them individually: Teltonika, Lincor LX, Lincor Miro or Roma — based on vehicle type and fleet profile.

Bank transfer (VAT invoice with a 14-day term) for all plans. For Starter optionally credit card (Stripe, automatic renewal). Enterprise — negotiated term (30/60 days).

There are no per-call fees, but we apply fair-use policy: 100 req/sec per customer, 10,000 webhook deliveries/day. For higher-throughput projects — contact us, we adjust at no extra cost.

No. Full fleet history export (GPS, refuellings, alerts, scoring) via API or CSV — no extra charge, no time range limit, no approval needed. Always — not only at churn.

Email or a form in the admin panel. Cancellation at the end of the current month — no penalty, no notice period. After cancellation you have 30 days to export your data fully, after which we delete it from our infrastructure.
